My Story
A life shaped by conviction, curiosity, and service.
My name is Benjamin Cohen. At 64, I can look back on a life that has moved through several worlds people sometimes treat as though they do not belong together: Christian ministry, family life, entrepreneurship, health care, biotechnology, and ethics.
Over the years, I have come to see them not as competing chapters, but as different expressions of the same calling — to pursue truth carefully, to treat people with dignity, and to use whatever influence or opportunity I have been given in a way that serves others.
I am a husband and the proud father of two grown sons, both of whom have served their country. Family has taught me that character is formed quietly: in promises kept, sacrifices made, difficult seasons endured, and the example we leave for those coming behind us.
My work has taken me into pulpits and boardrooms, into conversations about faith and medicine, enterprise and responsibility. I have shared the Gospel across nations on a part-time basis while remaining engaged in business and ethical health ventures.
I remain convinced that progress is strongest when it is guided not only by what we can do, but by thoughtful reflection on what we should do — and on whom our work is meant to serve.
